![]() Bio Originally from Knoxville, Ms. Carroll received her Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and her J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law. Ms. Carroll spent several years of her legal career in Memphis, Tennessee, where she worked both in private practice and for organizations such as the Tennessee Human Rights Commission, the Shelby County Community Legal Center, the Shelby County Juvenile Court and the University of Tennessee. Ms. Carroll returned to Knoxville in 2005. After practicing at Jenkins and Jenkins Attorneys in Knoxville, Ms. Carroll returned to private practice. Ms. Carroll has experience in Juvenile Courts, General Sessions Courts, as well as Circuit and Chancery Courts, in a variety of counties in East Tennessee. Her practice is comprised of a variety of services including serving as legal consultant for Harmony Adoptions of Tennessee, Inc. In addition, Ms. Carroll regularly serves as appointed counsel for clients needing legal counsel through the Juvenile Court of Blount County, Tennessee. Ms. Carroll also serves private clients on varying issues throughout counties of East Tennessee. Ms. Carroll balances her work in such a way that each client receives a significant amount of attention during the course of their case. Likewise, Ms. Carroll is motivated to move cases along so that cases do not linger any longer than necessary. Ms. Carroll's background in the practice of Social Work and her ten year career in the practice of Law result in clients receiving a high degree of knowledge, experience, sensitivity, and compassion. | |
